摘要
本文阐述了高温硫腐蚀的机理,通过用水冷枪取样对某电厂125MW机组420t/h锅炉燃烧器高度水冷壁区域气氛、灰样、温度场以及时腐蚀减薄水冷壁管爆破口切片的金相和元素能谱分析,并进行了冷炉试验和加装贴墙风的冷模试验,试验结果表明:该炉水冷壁减薄主要是由高温硫腐蚀引起,据此提出了相应的防止措施。
In this paper a mechanism of high temperature is presented, and a method of measuring temperature fild of boiler furance is introduced by use of water-cold equipment to capture and gas around water cold tube in burner's height. The metallographic analysis, the element energy spectrum analysis, the test of cold furnace and the test of cold model coith air near weter - cold tubes have been engaged in. The experiniental results shows that the reduction of water- cold tube wall's thickness is mainly caused by high temperature sulfur corrosion. At last some pratection measures are put forward.
