摘要
本文介绍了一种新型无损检测系统——激光扫描超声显微镜(SLAM)无损检测系统,系统可在8s内采集一幅256×256的工业图象,分辨率达80μm,文中详细讨论了系统的模拟处理线路和计算机图象采集、处理系统的实现过程,特别是将数字图象处理技术如空城滤波、边缘检测、图象分割用于SLAM系统的成象上,大大增强了图象的清晰度,在图象分割中采用了新颖的共生矩阵法求取阈值,并讨论了快速算法的使用,均取得较好的实验效果。
A new non- destructive detection System - Scanning Laser Acoustic Microscope (SLAM) system is described here. The digital data- acquisition system can store and process an image with 256×256×8 bit- pixel in 8 seconds and its resolution is 80μm. The analog electronics and the digital image process system is described in detail. Digital image process techniques such as spatial filtering, edge detection and image segmentation are used to enhance the clearness of ultrasonic microscope images. Especially a new way to segment images by using co-occurence matrix and its fast algorithms showed good performance.
