摘要
NTN—90涂料具有较好的耐温导热耐冲蚀磨损性能,施工工艺简单,成本低廉,是电站燃煤锅炉省煤器较适宜的防护涂料。本文就其研制和有关的机械化学性能机理,进行粗浅的分析。
NTN-90 coating material have good property of heat tolerance, heat conductivity and erosion resistance. This coating material is suitable for coal -fired boilers' economizer to resist against erosion because of its simple structure and its low cost. In this paper the experiment results, mechanic properties and chemical components as well as mechanism on coating are analysed primarily.
