摘要
本试验用灭菌牛奶皮下注射法复制家兔发热模型,肌注本品观察2小时内体温下降情况,井与复方氨基比林及安乃近针比较。结果;使用本品1.0—1.5小时后,其降温作用极显著(P<0.01)和显著(0.01<P<0.05)高于复方氨基比林、安乃近;2小时后,注射本品的家兔体温降至正常,其解热效力与复方氨基比林及安乃近相当。镇痛试验,用小白鼠热板法,本品镇痛效力比安乃近强(0.01<P<0.05),而与复方氨基比林相似(P>0.05)。
Sterilized milk is injected subcutaneougly to imitate the model of rabbit's producing heat;after intramuscular injection, we observed the drop in tempetature in two hours and compared effectiveness of this product with that of compound aminopyrin injection and analgin injection. The results show: After using our product 1 - 1. Shours, the product lowered the temperature much more remarkably (P<0. 01) or more remarkably (0. 01<P<0. 05),than compound aminopyrin injection and analgin injection do. After two hours, the rabbit's temperature becomed normal, the effect of our product's relieving internal heat is as good as compound aminopyin injection and analgin injection. The woolfe-Macdonld method is used in analgesic test, the effect of this product is stronger than analgin injection (0. OK P<0.05), and is similar to compound aminopyrin injection (P>0.05).
