本文摸索眼结膜印迹细胞法及其影响因素，证明该方法是一项简便，快速，有效地评价机体维生素Ａ营养状况的方法；取样材料，染色时间，温度，透明方法均可影响制片结果。该方法适合基层推广应用。

The method of conjunctival impression cytology and its determining factors were studied.The results showed that conjunctival impression cytology can be used as a simple,fast,and effective method to assessing individuals vitamin A status.It is suitable for basic units.We have also seen that the imprint material,time and temperature for staining and method of transparency may influence the results.
