摘要
我们对热及冲击波损伤的细胞膜结构特征进行了系统研究。结果发现细胞膜损伤具有如下一些特征:①膜内微粒分布明显紊乱,出现直径超过20um的巨大微粒;②膜内微粒数量有显著变化,增加或降低与器官及细胞类型有关;③饮液泡的数量在脱水状态时是降低的,水肿时是增高的;④细胞紧密连接结构的完整性丧失;⑤肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞窗孔呈扩张趋势。
The ultrastruetural features of rat cell membranes injured by the heat and blast wave were systematically studied. The injured cell membranes had some features as follow 1. The distribution of intramembranous particles (IMP,) appeared markedly abnormal and macro-particles over 200nm could be found; 2. The number of IMP, had changed significantly and its increase or decrease was related to the type of the organs and cells; 3. The number of the vacuole was large when the cell swelling and small when shrinking; 4 The tight junction between cells was destroyed (5 It seemed that the diameter of the capillary en-dothelial fenestra of kidney glomeruli was bigger.
