部分脱蛋白猪骨加自体红骨髓复合移植的实验研究 被引量:2

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BONE MARROW AUTOTRANSPLANTATION WITH-SWINE BONE PARTIALLY DEPROTE1NIZED

摘要 本研究将60只日本大耳白兔随机分成实验组和对照组,术后按预定日期处死动物,进行x线、组织学观察。又取实验动物以下颌骨放射性核素扫描和植骨区的矿物密度测定。其结果发现,实验组与对照组下颌骨修复复过程相似。不同的是,实验组比对照组新骨形成快。 60 Japanese white rabbits were divided into two groups----the experimeatal and control group. The former received the bone marrow autotransplatation with swine bone partially deproteinized and the latter did only the transplartation of swine bone partially de-proteinized. All rabbits were killed on a fixed day after the operations and their X -ray films and histological slices were observed. The mandibles of the experimental animals were scarned with the radio nuclide and the mineral density in the transplantation regions was determined. The results showed that the repairing courses of two groups were same, but the growth of new bones in the experimeatal was faster than that of the control, which may be helpful to some surgeons.
