摘要
通过高特异性、高敏感性的抗原抗体反应,应用透射比浊法,对86例健康人红细胞膜(RBC_m)载脂蛋白(apo)A_1、B及胆固醇作了测定分析,其中apoB,A_1的参考范围分别为23.25±4.02×10^(12)mg/cell、7.32±1.95×10^(12)mg/cell,胆固醇为0.28±0.44×10^(12)mmol/cell。其批内变异系数均<5%。膜胆固醇与apoA_1、B均存在显著相关性。apoA_1与apoB亦有相关性。显然,膜载脂蛋白A_1、B均与膜胆固醇的代谢有密切关系。即提示其在RBC_m与血浆脂蛋白、胆固醇交换中起到转运并维持膜胆固醇的稳定性作用。另外对40例糖尿病人(DM)的红细胞膜的apoA_1、B及胆固醇作了相应测定。结果表明RBC_m的apoA_1有显著性增高,spoB有显著性降低,而膜胆固醇无明显变化。而且其膜胆固醇/膜apoA_1有显著性降低,而膜胆固醇/膜apoB有显著性增高。
with high specific and sensitive antigen - antibody reactions and transtur-bidimetry, concentrations of the cholesterol, apoliprotein A1 (apoA1) and apoliprotein B (apoB) in blood red cell membranes (BRCm) of 86 healthy people were determined. The con-entration of apoB was (23. 28+4.02)X10-12mg/cell, apoA, (7. 32+1. 95)X10-12mg/cell cholesterol (0. 28+G. 44)X10-12mmol/cell. The variations in the group were less than 5%. There were close relationships among the three substances. Obviously, apoA1 and apoB were closely related to the metabolism of the RBCm cholerterol. It was considered that they maybe play a role in maintaining the balance of RBCm cholerterol and transferring serum apoliproteins and choleterol. In addition,the concentrations of apoA1, apoB and cholerterol in RBCm of 40 patients with diabetes mellitus were detected. The results showed that the concentration of apoAr was markedly higher, apoB considerably lower and RBCm cholerterol. was similar, compared with those of the healthy people. The cholerterol-apoA1 ratio was obviously lower white the cholerterol -apoB ratio was markedly higher.
