抗肿瘤药卡铂临床研究现状
摘要
第二代金属铂类抗肿瘤药物卡铂(carboplatin)的抗肿瘤活性与顺铂相当,抗瘤谱类似,但毒副作用明显低于顺铂。迄今国内外对卡铂已进行了大量的临床研究,本文对卡铂药代动力学、临床抗肿瘤效果和毒副作用等近年研究现状作一综述。
