摘要
Goldmann压平眼压计是目前国际上公认的最精确的眼压计。国内外文献已证明了Perkins眼压计具有同Goldmann眼压计同样的准确性,本文通过对正常人35例70只眼的Goldmann眼压,Perkins眼压(坐卧位)及Schiotz眼压测定之比较,证实了Goldmann眼压与Perkins眼压计同样准确(统计学处理P>0.05)。Perkins眼压与Schiotz眼压之测定值及校正值相比。统计学上均具有显著性差异。说明Schiotz眼压计在测定眼压时,具有无法克服之巩膜硬度和角膜屈率之影响而远不如Perkins眼压计准确。但二者之相关关系呈正相,说明Schiotz眼压计也可粗略估计眼压。应尽可能用Perkins眼压计取替Schiotz眼压计。
It is well known that Goldmann tonometer is the most precise by now. Perkins tonometer is as precise as.Goldmarn, which has been proved . It had been .examinat-ed that the optical pressure in 70 eyes of 35 peoples detected with Golclmarp, Perkins and Schiotz tonometers. It was observed that there was no significant difference between the values of the optical pressure detected with Goldmann and Perkins tonometer (P>0, 05). Compared with the values of Perkins optical pressure, the measured and rectified values of Schiotz optical pressure were very different, which expressed that Schiotz tonometer was less accurate than Perkins and it could not overcome the effects of the sclera hardness and cornea . flexure But the relationship between the values of optical pressure detected with Perkins tonometer and Schiotz one was positive correlation. Therefore, Schiotz tonometer can be used to measure roughly optical pressure; It is suggested that Schiotz tonometer should be replaced by Perkins tonometer as far as possible.
