摘要
本文叙述了红外显微镜的结构原理和温度灵敏度,并根据光学系统的参数和黑体辐射定律,推导出了NET计算公式,从而为显微测温仪器的研制和应用提供了重要的依据。
This paper describes constitutinal principl and sensitivity of temperature on the infrared microscope. According to the parameter of optical system and law of black [—body] radiation, the formula of calculating NET is strictly devived, which provide the important basis for the research and application of instruments if the microscopic measuring temperture.
