产宝口服液对小白鼠的毒性试验

TOXIC TEST OF CHANBAO LIQUID MEDICINE IN WHITE MICE

作者采用管饲法观测了产宝口服液对小白鼠的急、慢性毒性。其结果是产宝口服液对小白鼠的半数致死量(LD_(50)、mg/kg·B·W)为54823,最大耐受量(LD_ο、mg/kg·B·W)为16000。试验表明,产宝口服液不具毒性作用,可投入临床试用。

Acute and chronic toxic tests in white mice were made by feeding Chanbao liquid medicine. Results showed that the median lethal dose (LD50) of was 54823mg per kilogramme body weight, and non-lethal dose (LD0) was 1600mg per kilogramme body weight. The test proved that Chanbao liquid medicine has no toxicity, and can be used in veterinary clinks.
