曲轴平衡块钻孔自动机床

根据轴平衡块钻两孔的工艺要求(见图1),原加2时,在立式钻床上利用钻模板,分别对两孔φ12.5钻削。其缺点是:加工质量不易保证,操作不方便,劳动强度大,而且生产率低。为克服以上缺点,笔者与郑州二柴厂结合,自行设计,自行制造了曲轴平衡块自动钻孔机床。通过该机床数年使用,具有性能良好,加工质量高,操作方使,生产率高等优点。

The new technology is min--electronic control system instead of the Model system in the Feed of Grinding machine.The new technology increases the machining precise, feed stability, operating easily and high effect in the producing.
