摘要 The effect of cobalt implanled on the electrochemistry of nickel electrode in 1 mol/L NaOH was studied withspectroscopic cllipsomerty in-situ and electrochemical techniquc.lon implantation with cobalt into nickelimproved the charging efficiency of nickel hydroxide/oxy-hydroxide electrode and made the transferring rate of nickel hydroxide to discharging activity material(NiOOH)obtain 10% increase.lon implantation with cobaltalmost had not effect on the complex refractive index of nickel substrate.
