The reaction of organodilithium1, 4-dilithum-1, 2, 3, 4-tetraphonyl-1, 3-botadlene 1 with-dihalo-o-xylene (2a-c) was studied. The products and mechanisare of these reactions depend on the kind of halogen of -dihalo-o-xylene.
