Hydrogen diffusion studies of microcrystalline LaNi0.94 Sio0. 54 films were condueted using the electrochemical germeation technique. Hydrogen diffusion transient buries were found to be composed of two steps of transients,. which might be aseribed to the transition from a phase to hydride ghase and the following migration of the phase boundary. The hydrogen diffusion coefficients in the a phase of the alloy film were also calculated from the hydrogen diffusion transient curves.
