摘要 In this paper,the seismo-electromagnetic effect source is summed up to a Dipole Charged Body(DCB),which has a transient dipole moment.The field excited by DCB is considered as a superposition of three kinds of fields-quasi-static field,inductive field and radiative field-which follows its own rules.It is also discussed that the different frequency seismo-electromagnetic wave observed at the same site might belong to different kinds of field.This provides a theoretical basis for computing the three kinds of fields respectively, In this paper,the seismo-electromagnetic effect source is summed up to a Dipole Charged Body(DCB),which has a transient dipole moment.The field excited by DCB is considered as a superposition of three kinds of fields-quasi-static field,inductive field and radiative field-which follows its own rules.It is also discussed that the different frequency seismo-electromagnetic wave observed at the same site might belong to different kinds of field.This provides a theoretical basis for computing the three kinds of fields respectively,
