摘要
There Ebselen derivatives (Ⅲ1-3) were desihned and synthesized with amino acid attached to the p-position of 2-phenyl moiety, Effect of compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ1,Ⅲ2,Ⅲ2, as well as Ebselen on the Fe2+/cysteine-induced rat microsomal lipid peroxidation were investigated. And their I C50 were 30,17.7,22.7,22.2,and 24 mol/L respectively.
