摘要 Two cationic carbocyanlne were bound to the Si surface through halogenating alcoholysis, which are characterized by SERS and XPS techniques. The measurement of spectral response and surface photovoltage of dye-bonded Si wafers indicates that Si can be sensitized by bond-dyes. and the Si-dyes have photovoltaic effect.
