摘要
The behavior of light-induced charge transfer and photoyoltaic properties of nanocpetalline Nd2O3 were investigated with SPS and,FMSPS. It wad found that the SPS shows two peaks at 330 nm(P1) and 380 nm (P2) in the UV-vis range. The observed pecthel features can be explained in terms of charge transfer and interband transition.
