By using the characteristic that poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) can be adhered to callulose acetais-nitrate membrane in high retentior tightly and ramdly,we developed a novel immunoamay method- polymer enayme Hnked immunoblotting amay method.Human serum HBsAg can detected as little as 10ng/ml with this immunoassay system.
