The morphology of Bacteriorhodopsin(BR) membrane at air/water interface has been observed under Brewster Angle Microscope (BAM) 'iu situ', and the components of surrounding substances (solven,subphase,lipids) have remarkable influence on the morphology of BR membrane at the air/water interface.
