摘要 The reaction of 2'-hydroxychalcones with I_2-H_2SO_4-DMSO system has been studied. The results obtained by us are entirely different from those reported in the literature. The mechanism of this reaction has also been investigated. The reaction of 2'-hydroxychalcones with I_2-H_2SO_4-DMSO system has been studied.
