摘要
The sample preparation technique for a mixed rare earth (MRE)Er-Ba-Cu-O system by solid-state reaction method with the MRE-oxide containing 68.22% Er2O3 is reported in this paper. The results of superconductivity measurements, crystal structure analysis by means of X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis are also presented.
