化肥厂沸腾炉渣制砖研究

STUDIES ON THE MAKING BUILDING BRICKS FLOM FERTILIZER JPLANT WASTES

以提高强度和降低成本为目标,研究了用化肥厂沸腾炉渣制砖的最佳经济配方,结果表明:适量的粉煤灰、石灰和无机盐激发剂,可保证废渣砖的强度性能超过100＃红砖的国标指标,而制砖成本可降至当地红砖价格的50％以下。

For the purpose of strength improviment and production cost reduction , the study was carried out on selection of the best, economical Formulae For making building bricks From Fertilizer Plant wastes. The result Shows that subztituting a clue amout of Fly ash, Lime and inorganis activation agents For cement will reduce the Procloction cost of a wastes brick to the half Price of a red brick while maintaining its strength higher than that of the 100# standard red bricks.
