高校图书馆的改革要与教育体制的改革同步进行,其目标应致力于图书馆整体效益向发挥,从管理手段、服务方法入手,激发内部活力,开发工作人员的潜能。试行“一馆两业、人员分流”,各尽其能优势互补。

In order to make a library play a role fully , to arouse and develop the latent force of the librarians,so as to enable them to do their work better and learn from each other,the reformation of a library in institutions of higher learning should be carried out synchronously with the reformation of teaching system. To do this well, the management mediums and service methods should be started first.
