追踪1993年中国工商银行海南省分行的工作轨迹,心中的疑问就会释然。之所以该分行能取得如此前所未有的巨大发展,盖源于他们以强烈的改革精神,从市场实际出发,切切实实地抓了如下四方面的工作。一,努力开拓,推动各项业务发展。(一)狠抓存款,提高市场占比,组织更多资金来源。一是加强领导,各行普遍成立了存款领导小组,从组织上保证了存款的落实;二是上下攻关,抓大户,抓源头,抓关键环节,取得了房改业务和房地产开发业务的参与权和验资权;
In 1993,China Bank of Industry and Commerce Hainan Province Branch has gained 9.09 billion yuan remaining sum of Renminbi savings(increased 1.92 billion yuan with the increased rate of 26.78 per cent),accounting for 28.1 per cent of that in the whole provincial state speciality banks and the market occupying rate rose 1 per cent than than in the end of last year.The re- maining sum of saving at towns and counties amounted to 4.65 billion yuan which in- creased 1.4 billion yuan with the increased rate of 43.75 per cent and completed 438.3 per cent of the task assigned by the general bank;the remaining sum of enterprises' sav- ing amounted to 4.44 billion yuan and in- creased 510 million yuan with the increased rate of 12.98 per cent.
