她虽然诞生在"文革"中,但她却生长在改革开放的年代;她经历了艰苦创业几多风雨,但终于迎来生机蓬勃的阳春三月。她的道路留下一个启示:科学管理加生产规模。她就是广州合金钢厂。党的十一届三中全会之后,广州合金钢厂按照党的基本路线着手改革,在领导体制上实行厂长负责制和厂长任期目标责任制,坚持企业党组织的政治核心地位和职代会的民主管理作用;计划、财政上实行指导性计划为主的国家管理,分配上实行产品销售收入与工资总额挂钩。
Guangzhou Alloy Steel Plant was es- tablished in 1966.By the end of 1990,it had the original value of fixed assets of 43, 605,500 yuan,the major productive tech- niques include steel-smelting,steel- rolling,casting,oxygen--making machining and so on.Its products and their specifica- tions include:smelting steel category(car- bon steel,high-quality carbon structure, spring steel,alloy structural steel,industri- al pure steel,alloy tool steel,welding rod steel,military steel,stainless steel);heat rolling steel products(common carbon round steel,carbonized round steel,alloy round steel,carbon tool round steel,high- strength low alloy screwed steel,motor spring flat rolled steel,common charcoal steel);casting products(iron casting roller, steel casting roller and varied kinds of steel castings and iron castings);precision cast- ing products(high-speed tool steel cast- ings,gear-hobbing knife,twist drill, stainless steel casting,acid and base re- sisting high-temperature wear-resisting alloy casting,C series and N series battery machenic special alloy,turning magnetic corrosive-resisting alloy centrifugal pump, varied kinds of magnetic steel,super strength magnetic dust remover,magnetic water cup,magnetic grillage,oil saver); forging products(steel ball,steel forges, varied kinds of alloy steel forges and forging)and so on.
