说起肇庆,人们自然联想到那山水秀丽的七星岩和久负盛名的端州。不过今天,真正带给肇庆人骄傲的不是大自然的赐予,而是肇庆风华电子厂的崛起——它终于圆了肇庆人魂牵梦绕的夙愿。肇庆风华电子厂的发展,经历了一个极其艰苦的创业过程。该厂是国内较早引进美国全套独石电容器生产设备及先进工艺技术的 MTC 生产厂家之一,始建于1984年,引进过程中国家没有一分钱的资金投入,全部依靠企业向银行贷款来完成。生产线投产初期,由于生产技术难度大,产量及产品规格品种少,原材料又大都需要进口,导致产品成本居高不下。
Guangdong Zhaoqing Fenghua Electronics Plant was established in 1984 and is one of the MTC pro- ducing enterprises.It is among the first ones to im- port complete set of capacitor's production equipment and advanced techn que and technologies in our coun- try from the United States.At the early stage of its establishment,it relied on the loans from the bank. Beginning from 1990,the enterprise strengthened in- ternal management and conducted technological inno- vation on a large scale.On the one hand,it carried out the quality control system for comptete set of pro- duction technology in the United States and furtherly developed and perfected itself in accordance with ISO900 standard;on the other hand.it imported the complete set of production technique and technology of leaf component from the United States,set up co- operative relations with large companies at abroad and the scientific and technical institutions in our country,researched and manufactured as well as cre- ated and reformed a group of electronic special equip- ment which are the first ones and amount to the inter- national level of the similar products in the world.Af- ter many years' hardworking,by 1993,the produc- tion capacity of MLC amounted to 70 million every month,the model of the product ineases by six,the kinds and specifications form series pattern.In 1993, it completed 600 million capacitors,gained profit and tax of 4.5 million yuan.80 per cent of its products have been exported with the exchange earn ngs of US $3.6 million.The net value of the enterprise amount- ed to 17 million yuan.
