Foshan Municipal Transformer Plant is a state second grade enterprise,appointed pro- duction unit for transformer of 110KV or below authorized by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry and the backbone enterprise of the electrical appliance production base in Foshan. At present,the plant has a staff of 500 in- cluding more than 90 varied kinds of special technicians.Its annual productive capacity is nearly 2 million KVA and the products amount to the advanced level of the international same products in the mid-1980s.In 1993,its total industrial output value amounted to over 100 million yuan,and the plant was one of the 40 enterprises in Foshan with output value of over 100 million yuan.Among the economic benefit indexes,its industrial labour productivity occu- pied the first position among the same trade in our country,and its capital interest occupied the third position in our country.
