摘要
伴随改革的日益深入,番禺县地方国营棉布染整厂于1992年正式改为番禺市印染总厂.这不仅是一种称谓上的变化,而且是企业发展后裂变的开始。因为从这时起,工厂大刀阔斧地开展了技术改造。该厂旧址位于市桥镇三堂居民区,由于工业生产过程中排放出污染物对西区河流造成一定的污染,他们根据企业发展与改善环境相结合的原则,总投资11000万元进行"调整产品结构,整治污染,增加出口"的技术改造,此项目于1991年破土动工,在工厂不停产的情况下,于1993年2月将生产重心转移到新厂,至10月份已基本完成易地搬迁技术改造.通过易地改造,新厂占地约11万平方米。其中已建生产区6.2万平方米,生活及其它服务设施4万多平方米。在技术改造的过程中,该厂注意环境保护,投资500多万元,建立了完整的污水处理和烟气取尘设施.
Fanyu Municipal Printing and Dyeing General Plant grew out of "Fuyu County Local State-owned Cotton Cloth Dyeing Plant".It re- named so approved by Fuyu Municipal Institution Compile Committee in 1992 with the Fubian(1992)No.30 document.Now it covers an area of about 110.000 square metres including constructed industrial district of 62.000 square metres and living and other service facilities of more than 40,000 square metres.At present,it has set up two joint-manage- ment enterprises in Shigang Village and four sino-foreign joint ventur ing enterprises with businessmen in Hongkong so as to invest foreign capital of Hongkong Dollar 38 million.The general plant has six branch factories,two management departments,one motor group and so on which are all independently accounting units.The product's structure changes to the garment-used colour dyeing cloth together with the im- port of high-grade knitting cloth and silk cloth from the original single industrial colour dyeing cloth so as to make the enterprise occupy the domestic market and extend the international market.Now it enjoys good reputation among the clients.
