从1984年2月原寳安县县城建设指挥部分离出来建立寳安城建发展公司,到构筑深圳寳恒(集团)股份有限公司,并跻身于深圳市综合经济实力50强企业集团之列,成为股票公众上市公司,寳恒人恰好经历了10年的奋斗。10年来,寳恒公司坚持以"城建为主,同时办好实业"的经营方针,除已开发建成了4.28平方公里寳安城区,自我积累,自我发展,形成了物业丰厚、门类齐全的房地产综合开发体系外,还利用房地产经营优势,逐步建立起全资、内联。
Shenzhen Baoheng(Group)Stock Co.Ltd is a public trading corporation reorganized from the state-owned enterprise in September,1993 based on the former Bao'an City Construction and Devel- opment General Corporation.It is a second grade comprehensive development enterprises mainly en- gaged in the development,construction and man- agement of real estate in the area of Bao'an. The corporation made use of the advantage of real estate business to set up more than 40 enter- prises respectively with total foreign investment, internal joint management,joint venture,coopera- tion,processing with the investor's material,sam- ple or design,compensate trade.Its business scope covers more than 10 trades such as real es- tate,building material,chemical fibre,electronics, light industry,machinery,paper product,printing, commerce and trade,physical education,recre- ation and so on.It sets up long-term stable coop- eration relations with many multinational companies such as those in Japan and the United States. The corporation occupied the 23th position a- mong the top 50 enterprises with comprehensive e- conomic strength in Shenzhen during 1992.The stock capital totals 200 million yuan with the total assets of 1.079 billion yuan and the net value of 650 million yuan.
