大鹏湾之春,勃勃生机。对讲究数字的深圳人来讲,"8"是"发"的吉祥数。1993年2月28日,中华自行车(集团)股份有限公司开始正式投产运作。它成为中华大地上举足轻重的现代化自行车城。深圳中华自行车(集团)股份有限公司(CBC)的前身,是只有几十个人的自行车装配小厂,年产值仅40余万元人民币。自1985年1月与香港合资组建成"中华自行车有限公司",继而又吸收美国资本、股票上市,形成目前中、港、美三方合资的集团化、国际化股份有限公司,其历史仅仅才8年。
