摘要
党的十一届三中全会以来,我们合肥市交通局在市委、市政府领导下,坚定不移地贯彻执行党的基本路线,创造性地把党的大政方针同全市交通运输业的实际结合起来,带领和依靠全系统14000多名职工,深化改革,真抓实干,促进了合肥交通运输事业较快、较全面的发展,取得了令人瞩目的成就。全系统固定资产总值已达1.6亿元,比1985年增长了1.3倍;营运收入2.07亿元,比1985年增长12倍;全区公路密度由1980年14公里/百平方公里,提高到现在的25公里/百平方公里;年征收各种规费1.8亿元。基本形成了初具规模的现代化公路、水路运输体系。
Since the implementation of reform and open policy.Hefei Municipality has gained rapid and comprehensive progress.The total departments of Hefei Communication Bu- reau has fixed assets of 160 million yuan which increased by 1.3 times that of 1985; the business turnover amounted to 207 million yuan,increasing by 12 times that of 1985;the road density increased from 14km/km^2 in 1980 to the current 25km/km^2;the annual turned-in specified fee was 180 million yuan.The scaled modern road and trans- port system has been initially formed. At present,the existing road amounted to 1,825 kilometers,increased by 1 times than those in 1980,among which grade-one and grade-two road increased by 102 per cent.Village-to-village roads have been constructed early in 1985 in the 106 villages (towns)in the whole district,village-to-village oil roads have been connected in the suburbs so as to set up the road network in all directions with high-grade highway as major frame and the asphalt road surface as major part.
