"生存还是毁灭?"这是莎士比亚著名悲剧《哈姆莱特》中主人公哈姆莱特面对社会的剧变带来的新的矛盾和斗争所产生的困惑。然而,由于历史和时代的局限,哈姆莱特没有能很好的回答这个问题,最终演出了一场人文主义者的悲剧。当历史向前推移至20世纪80年代以后,商品经济的大潮巨澜,冲破了社会主义计划经济体制的堤坝,所有的中国企业都面临着哈姆莱特式的选择。但时代毕竟不同于哈姆莱特的时代了。有党的改革开放的方针,有邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的指导,所有的中国企业都义无反顾地选择了改革开放的道路。改革的深入不期而然地进入了科技领域,引来了科技体制的改革。各科研单位行政事业费锐减,业务自找,经济要求完全实现自立。一句话,哈姆莱特式的选择也摆在了各科研单位的面前。面向经济建设主战场,在激烈的市场经济竞争中求生存、求发展。
Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute is a major scientific research and design unit under the direct leadership of the State Building Material Industry office which is mainly engaged in the de- velopment and application research of the produc- tive technologies and equipment in the field of ce- ment industry.By means of scientific and techno- logical breakthrough and the digest and absorption Of the imported technology,the institute provides the latest technologies such as new technique, new equipment,new material and so on as well as undertakes the engineering design and technologi- cal innovation for varied specifications of cement' s production lines and the environmental evalua- tion task.Now it has a total staff of more than 900 and six special institutions,two special depart- ments,one information centre and more than ten entities.Equipped with varied kinds of advanced large-sized testing instrument,it enjoys complete testing methods and specialities and the strength technical power.
