对于皖能股份有限公司来说,1993年12月20日可谓具有伟大的历史性意义。这日,由公司发行的被称为"皖皖能"的社会公众股票正式在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市。从此,皖能股份有限公司的声名传遍了大江南北,深深地扎根在广大股民的心中;从此,皖能股份有限公司拉开了历史发展的序幕。
Wanneng Stock Co.Ltd is a public corpo- ration with the Anhui Province Electric Power Development General Corporation as initiator and the Hefei Power Plant No.3 Units,Tongling Power Plant No.1 and No.2 Units invested by the provincial development corporation as state-owned legal representative stockhold- ers.It also distributed 230 million stock to the social legal representatives and to the public (including internal staff members). At present,the corporation has a staff of 2,902(including the wholly owned three sets of 125,000kw generators' crew )including 1,516 productive personnel,1,018 technicians,51 fi- nancical members and 116 managerial person- nel. With the power generating as the major service part,the corporation tried to have the installed capacity of 550,000kw by the end of 8th'Five-Year Plan'with annual generating amount of 3 billion KWH so as to realize the profit and tax of 350 million yuan.
