摘要
尽管安徽电子科学研究所是我国最早从事计算器、力敏传感器及仪器仪表研制应用和开发的科研单位,在国内享有一定的知名度;尽管该所是安徽省地方电子行业中实力最强的研究所,拥有一支门类齐全的科技力量,且有众多项目的科技成果,然而,面对科研体制改革的深入,事业费递减到位,以及全所开支的逐年增加,该所仍然感到沉重的压力。为适应形势、开创局面,所领导班子迅即统一了认识,决心在原有改革的基础上,加大力度,加快步伐,真正地实现改革的深化和深入。于是,1993年所里厉行了从经营机制、内部管理,以及分配制度等方面的变革。转换机制,建立科工贸结合的经济实体,是科研所深化改革的一大实践。为建立科研与生产相结合,形成科工贸一体化、科产销一条龙运行机制,尽快把科研转化为商品,所里根据各部门的特点,采用了不同的体制:分别以研究室为基础,组建了6个独立核算、具有法人地位的公司和一个电子仪器厂。
Anhui Electronic Science Research Institute is an institution engaged in the sci- entific research of application of sensor,microcomputer and instrument and meter for a long time.It grew out of Chinese Academy of Sciences Huadong Automation Insti- tute.Now it has a staff of 200 including 30 senior engineers and 48 persons with medium professional titles. Now the institute has formed the system scale for the application of computer, automatic control,research and manufacturing of sensor,development of wisdom in- strument and meter as well as medical electronic instrument.It successively provid- ed more than 150 achievements,50 among which passed appraisal at ministrial and provincial levels,11 among which won Provincial Scientific and Technical Progress Prize,14 among which won provincial and municipal Major Scientific and Technical Achievement Prize.
