企业是市场的主体,企业必须走向市场。安徽省合肥市小汽车修配厂在转变观念、强化企业内部管理的基础上,改善和完善服务,努力提高修理质量,在激烈的市场竞争中,在资金十分紧张和车源不足的情况下,依然打开了市场大门,取得了令人满意的成绩。原因何在?在于他们重视了市场效应。1994年是中国市场经济步入正轨的一年。去年年初,该厂抽调各车间站负责生产的领导,组成市场调查组到本市和外地进行车源调查、用户访问,向各修理厂学习管理经验。通过调查,了解了车源分布和用户需求,回来后他们及时制定了改善服务、加快修车进度的措施;在资金紧张的情况下,该厂设立了用户休息室,配备了电视、录像,热情接待用户,还尽可能解决用户工作餐,完善维修服务一条龙。为了急用户所急,他们发挥进口拖车的作用,不管白天晚上,或刮风下雨,也不管远近,只要一接到呼救电话,就立即前往拖救,多少次风里雨里及时抢救了事故,使用户们深受感动。组织外出服务、上门维修。
Hefei Car Repair and Spare Parts Plant is a major enterprise among the repair depart- ments for automobiles in Hefei Municipality with rich experience of repair and strength technological power.Now it has set up ser- vice station for Santana sedan,service sta- tion for No.1 Automobile Plant-Dazhong's Jieda Gulf,service station for US Fort auto- mobile and is near to set up service station for Japanese Mitsubishi automobile.At the same time,it carried out the service free of charge for Audi sedan and qualified service for Beijing Qieluoji sedan and other movements.In 1993, the enterprise repaired 19,424 motor-times and realized industrial output value of 19.485 million yuan and the sales of 24.4328 million yuan with profit of 2.4073 million yuan and the labour productivity of 36685.5 yuan per capi- ta.Recently,it cooperated with Hefei Liu'an Foreign Trade Bureau to set up stock system enterprise'Liu'an Imported Automobile Repair Station Centre'.
