Since the implementation of reform and open policy,the plant stepped on the path based on the technological progress and paid special attention to the technological innovation so as to completely change the appearance of the enterprise.The plant re- constructed the new comprehensive produc- tion building,imported the advanced pro- duction equipment and testing instrument from abroad,reconstructed and newly con- structed oral lotion workshop and additive workshop,reconstructed the packing equip- ment,emulsion equipment and equipment for bolus of Chinese medicine so as to com- pletely realize the mechanization.The out- put value of the enterprise increased to 50. 16 million yuan in 1991 from 16 million yuan in 1980 and still increased yearly.In 1988, the enterprise was awarded as the state grade two enterprise.
