在西安,时常会有这样的情景:当人们正留连于兵马俑、华清池、大小雁塔等古迹胜地,发思古之幽情的时候,一阵隆隆机声蓦然掠过天空,抬头看,号称"空中客车"的飞机正君临古城上空;于是人们从这古今交汇的特殊时空里顿然感悟:往事越千年,换了人间;钢铁巨乌频繁的起落腾飞,反映着西安蓬勃发展的民航事业,也就从一个侧面呈现出阔步奔向现代化的西安了。改革开放深入发展的形势,对西安的民航事业提出了更高的要求,呼应着时代的召唤,西安西北航空器材公司应运而生了;它的成立,标志着西北地区的航空产品进出口业务进入了新的开拓与发展阶段。西安西北航空器材公司为中国民航总局中国航空器材公司所属的独立经营、具有法人资格的国营企业,为适应市场经济发展的需要。
Xi'an Northwest Aviaton Equipment Corporation is a branch of Chinese Aviation Equipment Corporation under the direct leadership of Civil Aviation Administration of China.Established in March,1933,it is a state-owned industrial and com- mercial import and export corporation with independent account and mainly engaged in the import and export trade,leas- ing,commissioned purchase and commissioned selling,etc. The corporation mainly undertakes the ordering and supply of aviation equipment and appliance from home and abroad for the aviation enterprises attached to the CAAC;it can directly import and export civil aircraft,engine,varied kinds of aviation equipment,tools,parts and spares;export the domestic aviation products and nonaviation products;conduct the maintenance for aircrafts and equipment of CAAC at abroad;sale the special products for aviation in the fields of light in- dustry,chemical industry,as well as rubber products,textile,metal materials,building materials,and so on for aviation; import and export the ground equipment,meteorological observaation,telectommunication,navigation,special vehicles, etc;carry out the economic activities such as technical cooperation,joint venture management,compensation trade,trade of exchange of commodities,introduction to the production,consultant service and so on relating to the civil aviation.
