一说起"沸腾的生活",我们就容易想到钢花飞溅,铁水奔流,璀灿的工厂灯火入夜映红半边天;这的确是一种典型的景观。在长春市东面的伊通河畔,这种"沸腾热烈的景观"随时可见——长春钢铁总厂就位于伊通河西岸。这是一家建立于1958年的地方中型冶金企业,占地面积21万平方米,注册资金9750万元,现有职工3565人,其中专业技术人员320人。该厂现有炼铁、转炉、电炉等五个大型专业生产车间,制氧、机修、原料等二十七个辅助车间及管理处室。在建设我国的钢铁工业的漫漫征途上,该厂励精图治、力争上游,始终没有停止过前进的步伐。"七五"、"八五"期间,长春钢铁总厂在工商银行的大力支持下,
Changchun Steel and Iron General Corporation is a local middle-sized met- allurgical enterprise established in 1958. Now it has 5 large special production workshops for iron-smelting,revolving furnace,electric furnace and so on and 27 auxiliary workshops for oxygen-making, mechanic repair,raw material and so on. Through technical innovations many times,the plant has relatively advanced equipments such as 28 cubic meters high furnace,1.5 ton line-frequency furnace, 5 ton alternate current electric-arc fur- nace,10 ton direct current electric-arc furnace,3 ton inverted blowing converter and varied kinds of rolling machine series, etc.It produces small-sized heat- rolling settl products such as iron,steel ingot and varied kinds of round steel, screwed steel,angle steel,square steel, flat steel,etc.as well as middle-sized heat-rolling steel products such as varied kinds of motor vehicles' wheel steel,an- gle steel,channel iron,I-steel and so on.
