一个七十年代末仅有固定资产55万元、职工460人、年工业产值200万元、年利润2万元的小型集体企业,如今却发展到固定资产10000万元、职工1600余人,年工业总产值5亿元,年税利3500万元,年出口创汇1500万美元的企业集团。造就是由徐州无线电二厂衍变发展的徐州天宝电子实业集团。徐州天宝电子实业集团是徐州市第一家外向型企业集团,成立于1989年2月。它是以徐州无线电二厂为主体,由十个中外合资企业和海口九州经济贸易总公司、天宝集团 US 公司、天宝集团(香港)有限公司及徐州线路板厂等企业为骨干组成的外向型企业集团。这是一个跨行业、跨地区、跨所有制、跨国界、技工贸相结合,进出口相结合并具有多种经济成分、多种经营形式的经济实体,具有生产、经营、科研开发的综合功能,初步具备按国际惯例组织生产、参予国际市场竞争的能力。
Xuzhou Tianbao Electronic Industry and Com- merce Group is the first export-oriented enterprises group in Jiangsu Province with the fixed assets of one hundred million yuan.It has a factory buildings of 24, 760 square meters and a staff of 1,600 including more than 400 engineers,technicians and managerial per- sonnel.Its annual total sales amounts to 300 million yuan. The group is mainly engaged in the develop- ment, manufacture and selling of acoustic equipment for vehicles, electronic parts and fittings, Ni- Cd battery, telephone set, graphic and lettering facsimi- le printer, fittings for electric equipment, household acoustic appliance and so on. What's more, the group also undertakes other kinds of trade and busi- ness activities.
