来到山东采访全省公路建设的现代化情况,恰值全省公路工作会议召开,省公路管理局刘元柱局长正好在会上作了《把思想认识统一到现代化建设上来,把现代化任务落实到具体工作中去》的讲话。于是,我们采访了刘元柱局长。刘局长谈到,这次全省公路建设工作会议,主要贯彻省政府召开的全省公路建设工作会议精神,动员全省公路职工脚踏实地地的实现公路发展的宏伟目标。全省公路建设工作会议。是我省公路发展史上具有重要意义和深远影响的一次盛会。它的重要意义在于,鲜明地提出了今后我省公路建设的发展方向,实现全省公路建设的重点转移,加快高速公路建设,努力推进全省公路现代化。同时,明确了全省公路现代化建设的指导思想、发展目标以及政策措施。会议确定的未来全省公路现代化建设的宏伟蓝图,体现了公路建设实现超常规发展的胆识和勇气,既解放思想,又实事求是,给人以巨大的鼓舞和振奋。
Shandong Province Highway Administration Bureau's modernized planning targets are: In the first step,by 1997,it will complete the planning target for the end of this century,it will complete 4,000 kilometres state road mainline and highway main frame,the total mileage of highway will amount to 58,800 kilometres. In the second step,trying to make the total mileage of the highway in the whole province amount to 70,000 kilometres by the end of this cen- tury.Among the mileage,the expressway to 1,590 kilometres,special highway for automobile to 2,100 kilometres and the second class highway to 12,000 kilometres. In the third step,by 2010,it will complete the expressway main frame radiated to all directions so as to set up the modern communication highway network connected with all the regions both in the province and out of the province.The total mileage open to traffic in the whole province will amount to 90,000 kilometres.
