似乎有些迟了,当1994年岁末将至之际,我们才来回顾过去的年代邮电部成都电缆厂辛勤耕耘与收获的情景。在时间上拉开一些距离,使人的视角更为广阔,也许更能清晰地认识该厂所走过的历程。当中国的历史开始沿着正常轨迹发展的时候,邮电部成都电缆厂就开始了他们春天的耕耘,播下了以科技为先导,以质量为核心,以效益为目标的种子。1979年新春的钟声刚一敲响,一场全面质量建设的攻坚战在成都电缆厂拉开帷幕。自此,该厂始终将全面质量管理的建设作为企业的一项中心工作,强化质量意识,积极推行 ISO9000质量管理系列,建立健全质量管理制度等,从而大大提高了产品质量,其主导产品 HYA 和 HYAT 全塑市话电缆,1986年和1989年分别获得国家金奖产品称号,是目前国内同行业中仅有的金牌产品。厂里还在全国各地建立了80个质量信息纲点及产品售后服务系统,在广泛占领市场的同时广泛听取意见,以做好售后服务工作。与质量建设相同步,厂里大力开展了技术引进、消化吸收工作。1982年,该厂抓住机遇,在全国率先引进美国全塑市话电缆先进技术,集美国、瑞士。
Ministry of Post and Telecommunications Chengdu Municipal Elec- tric Cable Plant is the largest large enterprise engaged in the manufac- turing of telecommunication electric cable,optical cable and optical fi- bre in our country.It has 12 wholly-owned branch factories and sets up 10 join-investment branch factories and 1 optical fibre corporation all over the country. The plant's major products include completely plastic electric cable for municipal telephone,optical fibre,electrical cable matched with programme-controlled exchange,television electric cable,thermal shrinkage casing,machinery,packing,electric cable shield area,spe cial plastics for electric cable,electric power electric cable,thermal shrinkage casing,connection accessories for optical cable and electric cable and so on.Its annual commodities value amounted to nearly 1 bil- lion yuan.
