当改革的大风回旋在960万平方公里广袤的国土上,屹立在川西平原上的这座钢铁之城——成都钢铁厂.迅速打破了昔日僵化管理模式的桎梏,迈出了自己稳健的,崭新的步伐。在成钢建立35周年纪念日时,有人作了这样一个简洁而又十分有力的统计:从1985年到1992年8年间,成钢上交利税3亿多元,加上新增的固定资产,相当于为国家贡献了1984年同等规模的11个成钢。同处一个国度,共有一样的机遇,然而成钢厂这种难以想象的发展速度,的确让人惊叹不已!也不能不让人想了解这个与众不同的钢铁之城。企业的法人是厂长,经营的监督人是党委书记,职工代表是工会主席。责任明确、分工细致,责、槽、利统一。于是"中心,核心,上下一心"便成为成钢厂成功的保证。把科学技术转化为生产力,"以质量求生存,以品种求发展",是成钢厂兴旺发达的关键。于是他们生产的15个品种、45个规格的建筑、焊接、标准件用钢,90%以上是部优、省优产品、而Ⅱ、Ⅲ级螺纹钢筋则是全国唯一双获部优的产品。葛洲坝、二滩电站、深圳国贸大厦、泸州长江大桥、成渝高速公路……,成钢厂的建筑钢材早已冲出盆地,走向中华大地。一业为主、多种经营是企业深化改革,走向市场的必由之路。
Chengdu Stool Works is mainly engaged in the production of steel for construction, welding and standard members.Over 90 per cent of its products are awarded as Superi- or Quality Product at ministrial and provincial levels.Level-Ⅱ and Level-Ⅲ threaded re- inforcing bar are the sole products which won the Superior Quality Product at the minis- trial level in our country.At present,the plant has nine production branch plants,eight auxiliary units and nine collective enterprises with a total staff of more than 10,000 in- cluding more than 1,300 middle-class special personnel. From 1985 to 1992,the plant has turned in profit and tax of more than 300 million yuan.It is estimated that its annual output will be 600,000 ton steel,60 ton steel prod- uct with the output value of 870 million yuan and profit and tax of 100 million yuan by 2000.
