陕西省境内的户县,是一块历史悠久、人杰地灵的土地,素有"银户县"的美称。上承千年华夏文明摇篮陕秦大地的血脉,如今沐浴着改革开放的春风喜雨,户县崛起了一家出类拔萃的造纸厂——户县造纸厂。说起来,户县造纸厂也是老资格的造纸企业了,它建于1958年,已有30多年的历史;但它的腾飞,它的木秀于林,则是在进入新时期之后。该厂是国有中型企业,现有职工1500人,固定资产总值1.3亿元,占地13万平方米,年生产能力为2.7万吨。1987年该厂实行厂长负责制以来,经济效益连续7年列居陕西省造纸行业第一位,先后荣获省级先进企业、西安市改革先进单位、市级文明单位、重合同守信用企业等称号,并跨入全国纸及纸制品业500强的行列。该厂拥有一支技术力量雄厚的职工队伍,中专以上文化程度的各类专业技术人员有P85人,其中中级以上职称36人。该厂的1760长纲多缸抄纸机、涂布机、压光机等主要设备均属国内一流造纸设备。机械分厂拥有各类车床80余台,具有较强的机械加工制造能力。在发展前进的历程中,户县造纸厂着力实施提高产品质量、开发适销对路新产品与加强企业现代化管理的战略,不断跃上新台阶。该厂的"秦岭牌"系列产品,计有单、双面铜版纸、单、双面胶版纸、书写纸、凸版纸、文化用纸、记录原纸、铜版原纸、涂料白板纸等数10种。他们的产品在陕西省内倍受用户青睐,并销往四川、甘肃、宁夏、青海、云南、广东等全国20多个省地。
Shaanxi Huxian Paper-making Plant is a state-owned middle- sized enterprise with total fixed assets of 130 million yuan and the annual productive capacity of 27,000 tons.It has strength techni- cal power and the first-class paper-making equipment in our coun- try such as 1760 long net multi-cylinder paper-copying machinne, coating machine,calender and so on.Its products include single- face and double face printing paper,single face and double face offset paper,writing paper,relief paper,cultural paper,record- ing raw paper,printing raw paper,coating white plate paper and so on with the registered trademark of'Qin Ling'Brand.These products are well marketed to more than 20 provinces and reg- gions all over the country.Its total investment amounted to nearly 100 million yuan and the major equipment are imported from the U- nited States,Japan,France and Switzerland.The quality indexes of the trial products amounted to or exceeded the paper level of the same kinds in South Korea and Taiwan.These products can substitute for the imported products.
