摘要
整个系统由矿石质量规划系统、生产过程控制系统、宏观与微观均衡-控制协同优化系统和风险-效益分析决策系统构成。其中,矿石质量规划系统根据“准参量反序递推优化理论”,用多功能集成软件LOTUS1-2-3开发,内部采用板块式结构程度设计;生产过程控制系统根据矿石生产流程,用高级语言开发,内部各子系统采用独立模块结构程序设计;均衡-控制协同优化系统由VP-EXPERT和LOTUS1-2-3支撑,采用典型的专家决策支持系统交互式程序设计;风险-效益分析系统为辅助决策系统,根据评价锥理论采用高级语言开发。整个系统的运行可在内存>2MB的微机上实现。
Ore quality programming system, production technological process control system and synergistical optimization system of macro & micro balance/control as well as decision analysis system of risk-benefit consist the whole system. In which the ore quality programming system is developed according to the optimum theory of puasi-parametor opposite-order re- currence and the block structured programming is used;the production process control system is developed by means of high level language on the basis of the production technological process of ore and individual modular structured programing is utilized in its internal subsystems ; while the balance/control synergistical optimization system is supported by VP-EX-PERT and LOTUS 1-2-3 softwares and the interactual programing of typical expert decision support system is employed in this system; the risk-benefit analysis system is the aided decision system which is developed by high-level language in the light of evaluation cone theory. The whole system can run in the microcomputer which has more than 2MB memory.
