血液透析在心脏外科手术围术期应用的临床体会(附3例报告)

重症心脏病在体外循环心内直视手术前后出现严重的急性肾功能衰竭，高钾血症及高氮质血症是很常见的，也是术后病人死亡的主要原因。本文结合３例病人阐述手术前后应用血液透析疗法使手术获得成功的临床体会。

it was common for patients with severe cardiac disease to occur severe renal failure, hyperkalemia and hyperazotemia before and after endocardiac operation under direct visionand extracorporal circulation, and these also were main causes of death after operation. The experiences for getting a successiful treatment for 3 cases with hemodialysis before and after operation was introduced, and the application of hemodialysis in perioperation of cardiosurgery provedsignificant in clinic.
