摘要ＬＯＷＥＲＣＯＮＦＩＤＥＮＣＥＬＩＭＩＴＩＮＣＥＮＳＯＲＥＤＣＡＳＥ￥ＺＨＥＮＧＺｈｏｎｇｇｕｏ（ＰｅｋｉｎｇＵｎｉｖｅｒｓｉｔｙ，Ｂｅｉｊｉｎｇ１００８７１，Ｃｈｉｎａ）ＪＩＮＨｕａ（ＳｏｕｔｈＣｈｉｎａＮｏｒｍａｌＵｎｉｖｅｒｓｉｔｙ，Ｇｕａｎｇ... In this paper, the authors consider the problem of setting a lower confidencelimit of the unknown parameter of a population. The data are to be right censored, anda lower confidence limit for the unknown parameter based on the selection of fiducialdistributions is introduced and the properties are discussed.
