摘要
为提高锅炉运行的安全性和管理水平,与天津电力公司合作对其下属某厂410t/h锅炉集汽联箱寿命监测系统进行了开发。疲劳寿命损耗采用TRD-301标准计算,蠕变寿命损耗采用了时间分数法。重点分析了超温下寿命损耗的增加。该检测系统已于1992年4月投入运行并取得了予期的效果,对提高电厂的运行管理水平起着重要的推动作用。
To improve the reliability and maintenance level of a boiler, a life monitoring system for 410t/h boiler collective header has been developed, in which the fatigue damage calculation is proceeded according to the TRD301 Annex 1 and creep damage is estimated by means of time fraction method. The increase in life consumption due to elevated temperature is especially stressed. This system has been put into operation since Apr. 1992.and a quite good result is obtained.
